Adrian Toh spent countless years in the army as a Lieutenant-Colonel, working alongside army personnel from all walks of life, helping them through tough times and coaching them to do their best every day.

Along the way, he became fascinated with how the right words coupled with the right examples spoken in the right manner could help his soldiers snap out of fear and anxiety, let go of conflict and resentment and perform at their best. This started Adrian on a journey to discover how he could bring the best out of the people he interacted with.

Adrian dived head-first into coaching, counselling and human potential - learning Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy (the art of releasing past hurts and memories), Emotional Quotient Coaching and more from some of the world's best teachers and practitioners.

During his quest, Adrian realized that these skills which he had learnt, all had a few common operating principles in common. These seldom-known principles held the answer to helping people release their mental limitations and fulfilling their full potential.

Since then, Adrian crystallized all his findings into simple, practical workshops he conducts to help people find true happiness, build better relationships and do better in every area of life.

Participants not only learnt easy-to-use and accessible principles which Adrian teaches, they also reported marked increases in effectiveness, happiness, relationship satisfaction and even income.

Nichole was the Associate Director in National University of Singapore, Office of Alumni Relations from 2011 to 2016.  Leading a team of eight members, she brought along record breaking event turnout for three consecutive years.  To meet the corporate mission of increasing the engagement level of alumni, she led in the organization of events of different nature, from family day of 6000 participants to forum of 100. She was also involved in volunteer management and supervised the administration issues of the team

Believing in the importance of acknowledging the strength of each team member, she coordinated and executed the project with 100 crew members. With an average of 2 events a week, keeping a high team morale and being efficient is key. Recognizing EQ is crucial factor in relationship building, in turn translating to performance and results, Nichole practiced empathetic listening and coaching skills in her work place.

Besides the experience in public relations, volunteer management and project management, she had the opportunity to work in Bangkok and led a group of Thai team members to executive a wealth seminar for 100 Pax.  By leading a foreign team, she came to appreciate the differences in culture and importance of body language in communication.  Having to conduct sales previews personally to market the seminar, she had gained confidence in public speaking and developed audience engagement skillset.

Fluent in Mandarin and Teochew, Nichole had the opportunity to venture in Shanghai.  Conducting sales conference and meeting in Mandarin and engaging the Chinese audience had added a different dimension to engagement.
