Introduction

So, what is NLP… NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. 

Neuro refers to our thinking process and our interpretation of our experiences through our senses; Linguistic refers to the language we use to influence ourselves and others; programming refers to how these impact our current situation and influence our future.

In this practical and enriching workshop, you will learn Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP) techniques to better influence others in a range of situations such as getting buy-in on new ideas or initiatives, winning resources, and even negotiating outcomes at work.

 

Language plays a key role in greatly influencing others. It has the power to motivate, transform feelings and change the mood of another person too.

- Brief history

- 4 pillars of NLP

 

Session 2

  • Experiences how our brain filters information, by generalizing, distorting, and deleting

  • Introduction to Predicates

  • Completion of Predicates Profiling, to know your own predicate

  • Recognizing how to connect with individuals of different predicates

  • The practice of communicating in different predicates

 

Session 3

  • Difference between Golden and Platinum Rule

  • Building trust and Likability

  • Matching and Mirroring

  • Practice building instant rapport 

  

Session 4

  • Content & Context Reframing to change the perception of others

  • Leading and Pacing technique for buy-in

  • Practice of skill and technique
