Conflicts and misunderstandings at the workplace arise usually due to differences in individual behavioral styles and communication patterns rather than a lack of competence. By comparing the natural inclinations of the participants with the behavioral requirements of the jobs they perform, we can identify the hidden information that is crucial in team structure for maximum engagement, efficiency and performance.
With the self-assessment reports, like DISC, MBTI or Enneagram, participants will learn about themselves and also their team mates key attributes, motivators, communication style, and areas they tend to avoid. The participants’ true strengths, areas to improve on, and their natural behavioral types will also be identified.
