After so many years, I still don't enjoy the process of jogging.
But I absolutely love the feeling of achievement when it's done and dusted.
It's a powerful reminder that success in life isn't always just about passion for the task;
It's also about the discipline to just do it.
My goal for November 2025 is to jog up to 8km, building from 7km. (Currently reached 7.2km).
The plan?
Not a massive leap, but a simple, manageable increase of 100m per session.
In the coaching industry, I've seen one thing time and again:
the unnecessary stress and anxiety that comes from setting a goal too high and wanting to complete it too soon.
The real key is setting realistic, achievable goals that also stretch you.
That's where sustainable growth happens.
Are you struggling to reach your next "8km" but feeling overwhelmed?
If you're looking for support in setting and achieving your goals without the burnout, send me a DM.
