This simple but powerful statement hit me like a ton of bricks as I reflect on the numerous times I have spent being busy doing many things instead of checking if these many activities are helping me achieve the results that I want.

They focus on making small and continuous improvements
They focus on what is in their immediate control
They ensure all goals are measurable and time bound
