It does not stick!!

That was the statement shared by a leader

We were discussing the differences between the 2 profiling tools

One was DISC and the other was a profiling tool that has 16 different permutations.

I shared that both profiling tools provide different perspectives of oneself.

An important factor to consider is how easily the individuals remember their profile AFTER attending the workshop

I call it the stickability factor

DISC is so much easier to remember and apply as it only has 4 styles

Influence

Steadiness

Conscientious

"I agree." says the other person

"I have done the other profiling tool (The one which has 16 permutations) 3 times and I still cannot remember! It does not stick!"
